Saymon Ruiz Rocha is a rising Bolivian cumbia artist who’s helping take Bolivian tropical music global, especially through his visually dynamic project with Los Cochalitos. Together they encompass the iconic Bolivian cumbia band “Saymon y Los Cochalitos”.

A little bit about them:
Saymon Ruiz Rocha is a young cumbia vocalist who gained recognition in Bolivia for his charisma, stage presence, and love for fashion.
Before going solo, he was part of several well-known tropical groups, including:
• Euphoria
• Todo Blue
• El Cartel Q’mbiero
His time in these bands helped him build a strong following in the Bolivian music scene which led him to earn the nickname “The Prince of Cumbia”.
Around 2025, he launched a new project with Los Cochalitos, a viral dance group (@dna.coverdance ) that became famous on TikTok for choreographies like “Saya de Cochabamba.”

The group quickly became one of the most talked-about tropical acts in Bolivia and by 2025-2026, they were and continue to tour internationally quickly gaining traction online with millions of views.
